      The Plan... 


      MONDAY, MAY 11th:  Fishing w/ Mrs. Kern from 9:25-11:00
      No open-toed shoes.   5th and 6th grade students are advised to wear long sleeves and long pants, but not required.  It could be a little chilly out there tomorrow.  Equipment and bait is supplied by the school but you may bring your own. 

      TUESDAY, MAY 12th:  Summer Reading Program Vistor 2-2:30    Amy Bates from the Belmond Public Library will be filling us in on what's new this summer.

        4th-6th grade Fine Arts Night @ 7PM  
        • Art Viewing begins @ 6:30p
        • Students need to be in their homerooms no later than 6:50
        FRIDAY, MAY 8th:  Fishing w/ Mrs. Kern from 9:25-11:00

              FIELD TRIP TODAY, Wed. April 29th.  = NO HOMEWORK!

              THURS., APRIL 30th:
              • Mrs. Mennenga's High School "Shark Tank" in the a.m.
              • Brennan and Lindsey from the Iowa DOT will be on-site out the outdoor classroom and will give informal presentations on archaeology and water quality.  5th grade classes will tour the site from 1:00-2:00 pm.  They will have a site tour and archaeology related educational activity planned for that day.
