FIELD TRIP:  WED., APRIL 29th!!

We are going to Des Moines to an event called Exercising your Character.  

They provide us lunch, so 
don't worry about sending a sack lunch.  

We would like to be ON the bus by 8:00 a, so 
be here on time Wednesday. 

THURS., APRIL 30th:

• Mrs. Mennenga's High School "Shark Tank" in the a.m.
• Brennan and Lindsey from the Iowa DOT will be on-site out the outdoor classroom and will give informal presentations on archaeology and water quality.  5th grade classes will tour the site from 1:00-2:00 pm.  They will have a site tour and archaeology related educational activity planned for that day.  

FRIDAY, MAY 1st:  WACKY PJ DAY

Ms. Bram's homeroom has earned yet another class Dojo reward!!!! The students have chosen to wear A wacky outfit or PJs to school as their reward for positive classroom behavior.

“Midterm Movie” / PBIS Celebration Notice:

If your 5^th grader has ALL outstanding work turned in and has earned a D+ or higher in all classes by he/she will be watching a movie and are allowed to bring a pillow, drink, and snack to enjoy.  

Students who do not meet the criteria will be working in a supervised classroom.
